The Hillside Cottage is a green haven tucked away in the Western Ghats. A Homestay within the Kannampilly Estate in Kanhirapuzha is a homely place to relax and soothe your senses – a secluded gateway amid nature that evokes a sense of well-being.

You have privacy and space to unwind here as the cottage is at a short distance away from the family residence. You will often have peacocks for company.

You will be cared for and looked after by the family – Paul Kannampilly and his wife Accamma and their son, John Kannampilly, his wife Neha and their son Paul.

We are a Syrian Christian family with our roots in agriculture for several generations.

Come stay with us and experience our land, its culture and tasty cuisine.

The Kannampilly Estate is a plantation and farm that practices sustainable and organic methods of farming.

We grow and produce various crops – rubber, coconuts, areca nut, fruits – mango, mangosteen, rambutan, banana and spices – pepper, nutmeg and mace, cloves, cinnamon and allspice, and vegetables and tubers like tapioca and yam.
